These terms govern your use of the booking page provided by Trellis Digital ("we", "us"). By using the page you agree to them.

1. Bookings

• A confirmed booking is a reservation, not a contract until you arrive for the appointment.
• You must provide accurate contact details so we can reach you about your appointment.
• Walk-ins are subject to availability.

2. Cancellation and no-shows

• You may cancel your booking via the receipt link up to the start time of your appointment.
• Repeated no-shows may result in us declining future bookings.
• If we cancel your booking, we will contact you using the details provided.

3. Pricing

• Prices shown on the booking page are the prices you pay unless we tell you otherwise in advance.
• We may run promotions or discounts at our discretion.

4. Payment

Unless otherwise indicated, payment is taken on the day of service.

5. Your data

We process personal data per our Privacy Policy.

6. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse or end service for behaviour that's abusive, illegal, or that risks the safety of our staff or other customers.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of the booking page is limited to the price of the service you booked.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is the one published on this page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
